History:
In addition to showing your weight progress per day, we also organize the months of each year so you can see how much youve lost for each month.

Goal Weight:
Setting your goal weight is a great way to keep on track. We make that process easy by allowing you to set your goal weight, and well let you know your overall progress of reaching the weight.

BMI:
Accessing your BMI can really enlighten you to a particular category of where you stand in regards to your current weight. We offer this feature as a part of our premium upgrade.

Notes:
If you would like to add notes to a particular weight day for you to remember anything related to that particular day that you weighed in, well allow you to do this. We offer this feature as a part of our premium upgrade.
